In this week's Netflix selections, a worker at the end of an isolated rotation on a Moon-based mining station begins to witness strange occurrences around his station and the lunar surface. Finally, check out the continuing adventures of five young space explorers as they team up to fight evil in giant robotic lions.
- Moon - Sam Bell is an astronaut nearing the end of his three-year solo rotation aboard a helium-3 mining station on the Moon. Alone but for the AI that keeps him company, Bell has watched his relationship with his wife deteriorate, he's feeling sick, and what's more, he's starting to experience some very strange occurrences.
- Up in the Air - Ryan Bingham, a man who flys around the country firing people for various companies, has defined himself by his ability to fit his entire life into a suitcase. Now, with a new trainee under his wing and a chance encounter in an airport lounge, Ryan finds himself rethinking weather he actually has the life he really wants.
- Voltron: Legendary Defender - Season 5 - Five young explorers team up to fight evil in their massive robotic lions, which they have learned to combine in order to create Voltron, the legendary fighting robot used to defend the universe from evil.
Coming Attractions
As always, this week on Netflix sees a new set of original shows hit the service, starting with the second season of Jessica Jones, in which Jessica continues her life as a super powered private investigator while dealing with the trauma of her past. In the original cooking competition series Nailed It, unsuccessful home chefs compete to create masterpiece dishes for a $10,000 prize. Finally, watch the continuing trials and tribulations of Gus and Mickey as they navigate life and love in the third season of the original romantic comedy series Love.
- Jessica Jones - Season 2 - In the second season of this Netflix original, Jessica continues wading through the aftermath of the first season and her final confrontation with Kilgrave. She also continues her work as a private investigator while also dealing with the trauma of her childhood and the experiments performed on her. Arrives March 8.
- Nailed It - Season 1 - In this original cooking competition series, home chefs who have not had the most success in the kitchen attempt to rise to the occasion and re-create edible masterpiece dishes while avoiding absolute disaster, all in an attempt to win $10,000 in prize money. Arrive March 9.
- Love - Season 3 - The third season of this romantic comedy continues to follow Mickey, Gus and their friends as they navigate love and life in the 21st century, and as Mickey and Gus attempt to finally have a real, full, adult relationship. Arrives March 9.
